3 Day Return Policy

Full Refund may be given for any machine purchased from A&A Vacuum Mart for up to 3 Working Days.

Our stores are some of the only stores that are designed for our customers to “Try before you buy.” Our service technicians give a complete and thorough demonstration of each product and encourage customers to compare different products on various surfaces (floors/carpets/rugs) to ensure that the customer can pick the right machine for their needs.

After 3 days of purchase from A&A Vacuum Mart, if a customer is not satisfied with their purchase, the customer has up to 90 days to exchange the product for another one. If the product is more expensive, the customer can pay the difference. If the new product is less expensive, A&A Vacuum Mart will give the customer a store credit for the difference.

All products returned must be in good condition. Dirt, string, and hair is acceptable. Broken, missing parts, or cords that have been run over are not acceptable.
